Crystal Singing Bowls
In my meditation sound bath sessions, I choose to use Rainbow Sounds high purity Australian Quartz with 432hz tuning scale for optimal sound and vibrational therapy. I have been trained to create my own music using the crystal bowls. Just like any musical instruments each bowl corresponds with a musical note. Harmony, dissonance and binaural beats can be heard in my music.
