About the event

Indulge in a unique meditation experience with Crystal Singing Bowls. Our Crystal Singing Bowls are designed to produce a range of soothing vibrational sounds that can help improve your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Relax and be guided through this transformative experience. Book your session today and start your journey towards inner peace and harmony.

We will be focusing on rest and digest and tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system. The session will go for 90 minutes which is a full sleep cycle. You will go through the sleep cycle, with the aim to get you into Delta sleep. Delta Waves is when healing and regeneration is stimulated.

If you would like to read more about brain waves, please visit this link.

As 60-70% of our bodies are water and sound travels though water. The sound waves will be traveling through your body, please ensure you drink plenty of water before and after the session.

In my sound therapy sessions, I choose to useRainbow Sounds high purity Australian Quartz with 432hz tuning scale for optimal sound and vibrational therapy.

Some of the benefits of crystal singing bowls are:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Relieve physical pain.
  • Improve mental and emotional clarity.
  • Balance chakras.

If you would like more information on sound therapy, please visit my website for some articles and journals.
